We have 16 years of experience in the field serving HNI's, NRI's, corporate, MNCs' and individuals. We are actively involved in providing unparalleled services in the commercial sector of Real Estate that includes but are not limited to pre-rented, pre-leased, and income-generating assets. Apart from expert consultancy, we aid the client throughout the process involved in buying, selling, or renting such properties.

OUR STORY

In the year 2004, Mr. Sanjeev was searching for a commercial property to start his own business. After thorough searching, spending a lot of time and sweat, he found the property well suited for him with the help of a local real estate agent. At that time, he was unaware of important details regarding such transactions, so trusting the agent, he gave the earnest money to the seller. It was decided, the balance amount would be paid on the date of sale deed registration within a month. Everything felt so simple and was going according to his plans. Well, nothing in life is simple and goes according to one's plans. It was nearing the registration date when the seller called and asked to discuss some issues. It turned out that the opposite party was not ready to sell. As per the agent, the rates had increased. I think you would have guessed what happened next? After some heated arguments, I had no option but to leave the property.

In India, it is always said that if you buy gold and property from the known, you will suffer less. Although, when that is not an option, you can always turn towards hallmark or other certified jewelers for gold, what about the property?

This question kept him up for several nights. After thorough contemplation and facing the major setback, he got a push towards the Real Estate industry. He may not have gained that property, but it sure gave Sanjeev a goal. The goal was to create an ethical, transparent, and committed practice that can guide and provide incomparable services to the customers, and give them proper consultation in this sector.

Sanjeev started getting involved with real estate at a more personal and professional level, with that goal in mind. After a year of vigorous efforts, he got certification in Real Estate from NAREDCO- National Real Estate Development Council and founded his company, CCRE- Certified Consultants in Real Estate.

Though, getting the certification did not feel enough. Sanjeev wanted to have professional knowledge about the field to provide a professional environment to his clients. At that time, MBA in Real Estate was introduced in India, in Delhi. As soon as he learned about that, he enrolled in the graduate course and earned his professional degree in Real Estate. 

It has been 17 years since Sanjeev started this company that is now servicing individuals, HNI’s, NRI, India’s top corporates, and the world's best retail chains to make informed decisions and increase their footprints in India.

The founder/ CEO of CCRE enterprises, Mr. Sanjeev Gupta, is a highly qualified and professional Real estate Consultant with more than 16 years of experience in the field. He has a great understanding of real estate, especially the commercial sector. His profound knowledge and experience, having worked with large brands, chains, and individuals, helps him make intuitive decisions. 

Sanjeev completed his engineering from the prestigious college of DCRUST, Murthal, and later in his life, he did his MBA in Real Estate from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. His unique approach crafted by his experiences, ethics, and patience has molded the vision and methods CCRE practices.
